Terenzio Cugia di Sant'Orsola boasts almost twenty years of experience in the financial sector, especially in the management of equity and M&A transactions in the real estate sector, but also in the energy, utilities and transport sectors.

From 1995 to 2006 Cugia di Sant'Orsola worked for the Italian branch of Lehman Brothers, first as vice president and then as executive director. From 2006 to 2009 he was managing director of Beni Stabili Gestioni Sgr, before moving on, as an independent consultant, to assisting banks and financial companies (World Bank, Credit Agricole, Cale Street Partners), international strategic consultancy firms (ICME, In2It), real estate funds (Est Capital), in the structuring of real estate transactions in Italy and abroad.
